GetChargeback provides decision-support tools and reference information about retailer chargeback and vendor-compliance codes. It helps you identify likely risks in shipment data you provide.

3. No warranty of compliance outcomes

The service is provided “as is.” It checks the data you enter against common failure patterns; it does not guarantee that a shipment is compliant or that you will avoid deductions. Retailer rules change frequently — always confirm against the retailer's official, current vendor documentation before making shipping or financial decisions. GetChargeback is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer.

4. Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or scrape at abusive rates.
• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.

5. Intellectual property

The service, its content, and branding are owned by GetChargeback. You retain ownership of data you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetChargeback is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for chargebacks, deductions, or losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
