1. Who we are

GetChargeback (https://getchargeback.pro) provides pre-shipment retailer-compliance tools and a chargeback-code knowledge base for suppliers. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: support@getchargeback.pro.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication details when you create an account or organization.
• Early-access signups: the email address you submit and the page it came from.
• Saved audits: shipment data you choose to save to your workspace (PO, ASN, invoice, delivery details you enter).
• Usage & device data: standard server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting product analytics.

The free scanner runs in your browser; shipment data you enter there is not sent to our servers unless you explicitly save it to your account.

3. How we use it

• Provide, secure, and improve the product.
• Authenticate you and scope data to your organization.
• Send transactional and, if you opt in, product emails.
• Understand aggregate usage to improve the experience.

4. Processors we rely on

• Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors above, or when required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Contact support@getchargeback.pro.

7. Data retention & security

We retain account and saved-audit data while your account is active and delete it on request or a reasonable time after closure. We use row-level security to isolate each organization's data and apply standard safeguards, though no method is perfectly secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
